DEFINITION

The article consists of the dried root of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., with the currently accepted Latin name Reynoutria multiflora (Thunb.) Moldenke (Fam Polygonaceae)¹, collected in autumn or winter, and reduced to a fine or very fine powder.
