What is the identity of lignan #4 in the chromatogram showed in the key information? Why is not mentioned in the identity test and in the monograph body? It appears at a relative retention consistent with Phylltetralin. Also, what is the identity of the big peak eluting before niranthin? What test differentiates P amarus from P niruri and P urinaria?
