DEFINITION²

The article consists of the pistillate (female) inflorescence of Cannabis sativa L. (Fam. Cannabaceae) and its subspecies, varieties, and chemotypes or to all species of Cannabis,³. The article is derived from homogeneous cultivars to contain NLT 90% and NMT 110% of the labeled amount (in mg/g) of the total tetrahydrocannabinols including Δ⁹-THC and THCA; and NLT 90% and NMT 110% of the labeled amount (in mg/g) of the total cannabidiols including CBD and CBDA.
