The article consists of the dried aerial parts of Phyllanthus amarus Schumach. & Thonn. (Family Euphorbiaceae) collected during fruiting stage. It contains NLT 0.25% of lignans calculated as the sum of phyllanthin [1]and hypophyllanthin on the dried basis.
